LEADERSHIP PRACTICES INVENTORY (LPI)

The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is a two-day training course that explores the five behaviors of highly effective leaders and teaches participants how to demonstrate these competencies more frequently. The course covers The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model, enabling participants to understand their current leadership behaviors and develop action plans to improve their effectiveness. Through modules focused on modeling the way, inspiring a shared vision, challenging the process, enabling others to act, and encouraging the heart, participants learn essential skills for fostering collaboration and strengthening teams while committing to their ongoing development as leaders. This comes with an 360 Leadership Assessment.
LEADERSHIP IS EVERYONE’S BUSINESS
The Leadership Is Everyone's Business training is a two-day course s focusing on the five behaviors of highly effective leaders. Through engaging modules, participants explore the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, including Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart. The course promotes self-reflection, collaboration, and personal growth in leadership, culminating in participants committing to actions for continuous development as leaders. This session has an individual leadership assessment that is included.

DiSC®
for Leaders combines the best of 360-degree feedback with the simplicity and power of DiSC®, plus three strategies to put into action immediately. It uses clear visuals and a conversational narrative style to interpret and explain the data, making the report easy to understand and use. Whether an emerging high potential or an experienced executive, participants incorporate critical feedback from direct reports, peers, and bosses into a development plan that is both productive and satisfying, ultimately elevating leadership effectiveness.
Workplace
Workplace is the most commonly used and broad-based assessment, and is appropriate for anyone in an organization to take, regardless of title or role. People learn their DiSC styles, understand others’ styles, and learn how to work more effectively together. (80 to 90% of Authorized Partners select the Workplace facilitation kit as one of the kits they’d like as part of their joining package.)
Work of Leaders
Splits the work of leaders into 3 categories: Vision, Alignment, and Execution. Using self-ratings of 18 different traits, participants are taught why some leadership behaviors come naturally to them and others require more deliberate effort.
Sales
Helps sales people or people in customer facing roles to understand their sales style, how to read customers’ buying styles, and then adapt their style to meet a customer’s needs.
Management
Designed to help managers learn how to read the styles of the people they manage, and adapt their styles to manage more effectively.
Productive Conflict
Designed to help people reflect on how they react in conflict situations, understand the automatic thoughts that trigger destructive conflict, and learn to reframe those thoughts to create a productive response.
Agile EQ
Helps people read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. Learners discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and how to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation.
REAL TALK CONVERSATIONS
Real Talk Conversations is a one-day course designed to enhance communication and coaching techniques, resulting in impactful conversations that improve performance outcomes. Scheduled for September or October 2023, this workshop covers effective communication, conversation killers, effective listening, creating meaningful conversations, and powerful questioning. Participants will learn foundational coaching skills, understand the deeper meaning behind words, identify barriers to authentic conversations, master active listening, and craft powerful questions. By the end of the course, attendees will be better equipped to engage in transformational conversations that elevate relationships both at home and work.
