The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is a two-day training course that explores the five behaviors of highly effective leaders and teaches participants how to demonstrate these competencies more frequently. The course covers The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model, enabling participants to understand their current leadership behaviors and develop action plans to improve their effectiveness. Through modules focused on modeling the way, inspiring a shared vision, challenging the process, enabling others to act, and encouraging the heart, participants learn essential skills for fostering collaboration and strengthening teams while committing to their ongoing development as leaders.

REAL TALK CONVERSATIONS
Real Talk Conversations is a one-day course designed to enhance communication and coaching techniques, resulting in impactful conversations that improve performance outcomes. Scheduled for September or October 2023, this workshop covers effective communication, conversation killers, effective listening, creating meaningful conversations, and powerful questioning. Participants will learn foundational coaching skills, understand the deeper meaning behind words, identify barriers to authentic conversations, master active listening, and craft powerful questions. By the end of the course, attendees will be better equipped to engage in transformational conversations that elevate relationships both at home and work.
